The Paranatural Activity Consortium is an international organization of several hundred[1] spectrals led by Boss Leader.
Bases[]
Dream Hub[]
When unconscious, the members can go to a shared lucid dream where they each have a room that represents the owner's mind. As there are hundreds of agents active around the world, the complex is incredibly tall and travel is mainly through flight or by block elevator. Every floor is represented by a color, all cylindrical in nature.
Guerra Dojo[]
A known training ground within Mayview for consortium spectrals is based in the family home of Francisco Guerra. Many of his students are either field agents or are training to become agents.

Organization[]

The Consortium's official uniform appears to consist of of black zip-up footie pajamas with a notched lapel, as well as a white dress shirt with a tie of their own choice. The official reason given for the uniforms is that they allow agents to receive orders while asleep and immediately carry them out in a reality "unkind to non-suit-wearing bozos wh don't wear suits"[1]; however, Boss Leader privately reveals to Max Puckett that she wears them ironically and makes everyone else wear them as a joke.
It is known that the Consortium has a paranormal research division (which Mina Zarei is a member of) and a human resources division, which is mentioned on the "Vacation Comic #2" filler page. The division appears to have a separate uniform consisting of striped blue-and-white pajamas with an optional tie.[4]
Due to circumstances restricted from general knowledge, Isaac O'Connor is blacklisted from "all information related to the Activity Consortium and its activities"[5]. However, due to Isaac's sense of alienation growing to the point where he nearly quits the Paranatural Activity Club, Isabel Guerra reveals its existence to him on Chapter 5, Page 294 in an attempt to reach out to him in Mr. Spender's place.
