Haoran King is an agent of the Paranatural Activity Consortium in Paranatural. His usual working team includes Pasha Popova, Addy Cloverleaf and Proxy Popcorn. He has been recruited in the Deadly Seven squad to fight against Davy Jones. He lives in a place on the opposite side of the globe from Mayview.[1]
Appearance[]
Haoran King has brown hair styled in a mohawk. He has gold piercings in his ears. When wearing his Consortium uniform, he dons a red dress shirt underneath.

Chapter 4[]
Agent King meets Richard Spender inside an elevator in the Dream Hub.[1] He, Agent Popova and Proxy were knocked unconscious during a tough fight with a spirit armed with beamray eyes. He jokingly advises Agent Spender to take more naps.
Chapter 9[]
Agent King and his teammates are summoned by Boss Leader in a dream for a meeting, where they are appointed members of a special squad intended to hunt down Davy Jones. The committee includes Agent Stix and Agent Stucks, and is under Agent Walker's charge; Boss Leader dubs the team "The Deadly Seven".[2]

Haoran King owns a haunted yellow ruler with a broken end; the three spikes on the frayed border resemble the tips of a crown. The spirit inside the tool has a power called "Midas Touch", and it is capable of "upgrading" things.[3]
Trivia[]
- Haoran "basically died" during the fight mentioned in Chapter 4, but was revived thanks to Proxy Popcorn's abilities.[3]
- A statement from Zack Morrison suggests he's been romantically involved with Richard Spender in the past, but it didn't work out.[4] This is supported by the fact that King has had "countless failed relationships".[3]
- According to Addy Cloverleaf's Snake Eyes, Haoran King represents the worst choice among the members of the team in some capacity.[3]
